Shipping your package

Packages are generally prepared within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received. Indeed, because our site offers you products in bulk, the packages are prepared on demand, according to the quantity chosen by the customer. They are then shipped no later than two 2 working days following order preparation. Which means that the average time between the order date on the site and the delivery date is between 4 to 5 working days.

Delivery is made via Chronopost and packages are delivered without signature. Parcels can also be sent to relay points. Please select the desired delivery method when placing your order. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you an email to inform you that your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Delivery costs can be freely reviewed by the company Un Air D'Ici, without this giving rise to a customer complaint.

Delivery is free for all orders exceeding 49 euros including VAT for product orders. Also, we recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.

We pay particular attention to the shipping of your package, and we cannot be held responsible for any shortcomings by the transport company (chronopost). However, because customer satisfaction is at the heart of our commitments, we thank you for contacting us in the case of a lost or damaged package, so that we can report the dispute to our service provider and together consider the possible reshipment of the products concerned.
